Jake De Waal, one of the original partners of Strong Arm Labour Ltd., serves as the company’s Director of Sales, focusing on strategic growth and business development. Bringing extensive experience and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management, Jake is focused on driving strategic growth and cultivating long-term partnerships within the logistics and warehousing industries. Customer service is one of Jake’s top priorities, putting an emphasis on building relationships that go beyond business. Jake’s leadership has been key to driving Strong Arm’s growth and reputation throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
A co-founder of Strong Arm Labour Ltd., Arman Singh leads day-to-day operations in his role as Logistics Coordinator, overseeing dispatch and crew coordination. He brings extensive experience and a solid background in trucking, dispatch, and logistics, which he uses to ensure seamless coordination of crews and efficient day-to-day operations. Arman plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing complex schedules, and adapting to the fast-paced demands of the industry. His operational expertise and commitment to reliability help ensure seamless service for clients across every location Strong Arm serves.
As a founding partner of Strong Arm Labour Ltd., Jonathan Philley plays a key leadership role as the company’s Director of Finance. With a passion for building efficient systems and solving operational challenges, Jonathan helped launch Strong Arm to meet the growing demand for reliable labour in the logistics and warehousing industry. Alongside his partners, he has expanded the company’s reach across British Columbia and Alberta, focusing on delivering consistent value to clients and creating meaningful opportunities for workers. His hands-on leadership and financial oversight continue to drive the company’s growth and success.
As a co-owner and the company’s Human Resources Director, Levi De Waal is responsible for building and supporting the strong team culture that powers Strong Arm Labour Ltd.
